Just wanted to share a very simple but delicious coffee recipe with you which was created last week in our coffee shop. It was very hot and humid so something cold but caffeinated was required!
Just 3 ingredients! Half a scoop (30g) of plain ice cream, one espresso and 200ml Jersey milk.
It's effectively an Affogato which has been "drowned" even further, brew your espresso right over the ice cream in a glass/cup. Mix them together with a teaspoon just to help melt the ice cream and then top up with the Jersey milk (our ice cream and Jersey milk are supplied by Wheelbirks Dairy).
Deliciously creamy, rich and very tasty. And it get's betterbecause it's....easy!
