We would like to share a recipe for you to try, currently on our specials board in the Espresso bar until Halloween. The pumpkin spice latte!
1 freshly brewed Ginevra espresso
8ml Routin 1883 pumpkin spice syrup
200ml steamed milk
method: Brew an espresso into a latte glass with the pumpkin spice syrup and mix well.
Top with steamed milk leaving a 1cm gap at the top for the cream.
Garnish with the whipped cream and ground cinnamon to taste!
